My seven iron’s head came loose during practice. Harrison Meadows’ pro pointed me here instead of a big box store. I dropped it off at 4:30, right before closing, and had it back by ten the next morning. Ten out of ten.

Common Repairs
Regripping
Replacing an old, slick, or cracked grip with a new one.
Reshafting
Installing a new steel or graphite shaft when one breaks or bends.
Loft and Lie Adjustments
Bending the clubhead to change launch angle or direction.
Clubhead, Shaft Reattachment & Re-Epoxy Repairs
Reattaching a clubhead that's come loose or feels wobbly. Includes ferrule repair: the collar where the shaft meets the head can come loose on its own, independent of the clubhead.
Customizations and Maintenance
Length Adjustments
Cutting a shaft down to shorten a club, or adding a plug to lengthen one.
Swing Weighting
Changing how the club feels through the swing. Position matters as much as amount. Weight in the wrong place costs you flight, not just feel.
Clubhead Repair
Reseating a loose head or reinforcing a hosel before it fails mid-round.

Ask Your Club Pro. There’s a Good Chance They Already Send People Here.
Break a club at one of Westchester’s private clubs and it usually goes to the pro first. The pro sends it here. Complete Golfer handles the repair for over 70 clubs across the tri-state area.
Clubs come in from Fairfield and lower Connecticut, from Rockland, Putnam and Nassau, and from the five boroughs.
Grinding for the Way You Actually Play the Short Game
Grinding a wedge changes how it interacts with the turf. Taking material off the heel, toe, or trailing edge changes how the sole glides through grass or sand, and it can shift the effective bounce to match your strike.
The payoff is versatility around the green. A sole matched to your strike makes flop shots and tight chips far more forgiving. Complete Golfer can grind any wedge, any way it needs to go. And if grinding yours isn’t the right call, we’ll tell you, then walk you through the OEM grinds worth considering if you decide to add a wedge to the bag.

Clubs Drift. Most People Never Check.
Loft and lie move with use. Fifty or eighty rounds a year, plus a winter of hitting balls indoors, and the set you were fit into is no longer the set you’re playing. An avid golfer should have loft and lie checked at least once a year. It takes a minute a club to measure, and if something has wandered we bend it back on the spot.
If you bought the clubs here, we generally don’t charge for it. Bring them in at the end of the indoor season, get the grips looked at while they’re on the bench, and start March knowing the numbers are still yours.
The Practical Stuff
How fast is a repair?
When it's necessary, repairs can be done the same day. Most take 24 to 48 hours, depending on the shop's workload and the time of year.
Do you work with private clubs?
Regularly. If your pro already sends repairs somewhere, there's a good chance it's here.
What kind of wedge grinds do you do?
Any type: heel, toe, trailing edge, bounce adjustments, whatever your short game calls for.
What kind of regripping service do you offer?
Any club, any grip. We'll add extra wraps if you want a thicker feel. Fully customizable to how you actually hold the club.
Got a Club That Needs Work?
Whether it’s a snapped shaft, a wobbly head, or a grip that’s seen better days, call and describe what’s wrong. If it’s something we can turn around fast, we’ll tell you that too.
